“Living under patriarchy and machismo leaves you with the sense that women's bodies, and those perceived as such, belong to everyone but us. They commercialize our sexuality, turn us into objects of consumption, and at the same time, demand chastity. That's why I'm interested in us taking ownership of the representation of feminized people and our sexuality. This is what Saturniana is about; about autonomy, liberation, and the interplanetary magic that we all contain.”
